Sirogojno is a village ensconced on the eastern edge of the Zlatibor plateau.
It is home to the open-air museum “Staro selo”, which is one of the most important cultural attractions in the area, and in which the life of a turn-of-the-century peasant family is fleshed out. All buildings and furnishings on site are authentic. The museum covers an area of 45,000m2.
Not far from Zlatibor, on the way to Sirogojno, is the Stopić Cave.
Discovered in 1901, it is a popular tourist attraction for its unusual formations of incomparable beauty. It is considered one of the most beautiful caves in Serbia. It consists of five parts, the light hall, dark hall, great hall with basins, canal with basins, and river canal.
