In addition to the accommodation facilities, the hotel offers numerous leisure, entertainment and meal options, such as the Perun Restaurant, Vila Restaurant, Lada Bar, Little Mona playroom for children, and Inspirium - a fully equipped wellness center, which is available to all guests during their stay.
The Koledo Congress Center with its 500 seats over 500 m2 is located near the main entrance to the hotel, and it is connected to the hotel lobby bar and restaurant. If necessary, this multifunctional room can be divided into 2 or 3 independent units, which can be designed according to the needs of all types of events.
In our hotel we nurture the spirit of the local community. All the employees and management of the hotel are from local communities. Additionaly we offer programs of scholarships to educate students and provide a job after graduation.
The restaurant Perun nurture the concept of slow food – process of preparation food based on local groseries and traditional specialties from Zlatibor region.
For the needs of heating the hotel and wellness center is used solar power from its own production through solar collectors. We are also currently in the process of introducing the heating by natural gas.
