The Hotel has 90 rooms, studios, and suites. Every room has either
separated beds or king size beds, TV, safe, mini bar, hairdryer,
telephone and Internet connections.
There are special rooms for pet-lovers, and the Hotel also has a
room for persons with special needs.

GENERAL SALES TERMS
- Prices are quoted per person including breakfast and dinner
- The price for overnight stay including breakfast is by RSD 600
lower per person
- Guests have breakfasts and dinners from the buffet if there are
more than 30 guests in the Hotel. Otherwise guest choose A-la board
meals using a questionnaire.
- Daily accommodation tax of 100 RSD and insurance of 10 RSD per
person are not included
- Children up to 7 years of age stay free, and those from 7 to 12
receive a discount of 50% if they
are accompanied with two adults. Parents have to
present their health insurance cards.
- The price includes use of swimming pool, sauna, fitness room
- In order to guarantee booking, guests have to pay in advance for
the first day of their stay, or tree days of stay in a season (in
case the guest are staying more than tree days).
- In the case of non appearance, cancellation or shortening of stay
of guests or groups, the hotel reserves the right to payment in
accordance with the policy of compensation
- Keeping pets in room as regulated by the hotel policy
SPECIAL SALES TERMS - Payment at the end of using the service
- Agency discount of 7% on the price of stay and A-la board meals
- Possibility paying with credit cards
Discount of 10% is allowed for guests staying for 4 days or longer, and
payment in 3 monthly installments for guests staying 7 days or
longer
For guaranteed reservation, advance payment of 100% in mandatory.
For stays of 7 or more
days, payment for 3 days is required
Prices are coalculated on the basis € 1 = 105 RSD, and if there is a
change of exchange rate for more than 5%, the hotel reserves the
right to change prices. Advance payments are guaranteed.
